It was with great sadness that we share the passing of Peter Kwok Leung Ho on May 5th, 2021 at age 66, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Peter will be lovingly remembered by Betty, his wife of 38 years. He will be dearly missed by their older daughter Fion and her husband Shawn, as well as their younger daughter Venus and her partner Matt. Peter was a proud and devoted grandfather to Myah and Kaylah (Fion and Shawn). He will also be missed by families in Hong Kong, including his three other siblings. Peter will be remembered fondly by his neighbours and his church community at Markham Chinese Baptist Church.

Peter worked as a machine operator and loved travelling the world with his wife and family. He was an exceptionally kind, honest, humble and hardworking man. Peter was always very happy to help those in need. Memories of Peter will forever be cherished by loved ones.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to gather at this time. Visitation and funeral services will be private for immediate family only. An online service will be available on May 12 (Wed) at 2:45 pm on this memorial page.

何國樑 (Peter) 於2021年5月5日安祥地去世, 享年66歲。2020年7月Peter 被診斷出患有淋巴瘤癌。儘管他在過去的一年中勇敢地與癌症作鬥爭，但他的家人很難過地宣布他已經過世了。

跟他結婚38年的妻子陳慕貞 (Betty) 會深深地懷念他。他們的大女兒芷盈 (Fion) 和她的丈夫黃瀟 (Shawn)，和小女兒芷菁(Venus) 和 Matt 會非常想念他。他是瞳雅（Myah）和 亭雅（Kaylah）驕傲的祖父。Peter 也會被香港的家人所懷念, 包括他的兩個兄弟和一個妹妹和他們的家人。他也會被在萬錦華人浸信會中的教友和他的鄰居所銘記。

他是一名機器操作員，熱愛與妻子和家人一起環遊世界。 他是一個非常善良，誠實，謙虛和勤奮的人。 Peter總是很樂意幫助有需要的人。 他的回憶將被親人永遠珍惜。

由於COVID-19的限制，我們目前無法聚集。喪葬服務將只限直系親屬。網上的紀念服務將安排於5月12日（星期三）下午2:45 pm 提供。
