In memory of

Peter James Pellerin

June 20, 1964 -  October 24, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Peter James Pellerin, a loving father, grandfather, and husband, who left us suddenly at his home on October 24, 2024, at the age of 60. Born on June 20, 1964, Peter was a man of great character whose warmth and humor touched the lives of many.
Peter will be remembered fondly for his down-to-earth advice and his unwavering dedication to his family and friends. He took immense pride in his granddaughter, Avery Rose O'Brien, and cherished every moment spent with her. His son, Peter James O'Brien, and daughter-in-law, Robin Lepine, will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
Peter shared a special bond with his loving wife, Melissa Mohammed, who will miss him deeply. He honoured the time they shared together for the last 12 years. He is also survived by his mother, Freda Pellerin, and his siblings: Johnny, Cathy, David, Alan, Alfred, and Karen. Peter was preceded in death by his father, Wilferd Pellerin, and his brother, Paul Pellerin.
In addition to his immediate family, Peter leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will carry his memory forward. His infectious laughter and kind spirit will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Peter's life will be held at a later date, allowing friends and family to gather in remembrance of a man who truly lived life to the fullest. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in his honor.

Rest in peace, Peter. Your legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those you touched.

Dear Dad,

Words cannot express the depth of our sorrow at your sudden passing. You were not just our father, but a constant source of laughter, love, and guidance. Your wisdom and advice helped shape who I am today, and your sense of humor brought joy to our lives.

Watching you with Avery was one of the greatest gifts we ever received. The bond you shared with her was magical; she will carry your spirit with her always. Thank you for being an incredible grandfather.

We will miss you every day, but we find comfort in the memories we've created together. Your love will forever be a guiding light in our lives.

Rest easy, Dad. We love you more than words can say.

Love always,
Peter, Robin, and Avery

Uncle Pete you will be truly missed by a lot of people. I will forever cherish our memories together. The best uncle any one could ever ask for. I have wrote a poem for you. And i will share it here for everyone that looks at your obituary 🙏🏽💙.

In the gentle whispers of the evening breeze,
We hold your memory, Uncle Pete with love that won’t cease.
You were the light in our youthful days,
A guiding star in so many ways.

With laughter that echoed, so warm and so bright,
You filled our hearts with pure delight.
The tales you told, like treasures from the past,
In our minds and our hearts, those moments will last.

A shoulder to lean on, a hand to hold tight,
You taught us of kindness and the beauty of light.
Your spirit, like sunshine, chased shadows away,
You made ordinary moments feel special each day.

Though now there’s a silence, a gap that feels wide,
We’ll carry your essence, with love as our guide.
For every smile shared, every lesson you gave,
In our cherished memories, you’ll always be safe.

So here’s to you, Uncle, a lovely soul true,
In the hearts of the children who all adored you.
Though we part for a while, in our dreams you will stay,
Forever our Uncle Pete, in every sweet way.

Peter, even though I knew you only for a year, I appreciated your kindness so much. You were always helpful and easy to work with, patient and positive. Whenever I said “See you tomorrow”, you would smile and say “Lord willing”. Even though your health concern made you aware that every day is a gift, you lived life to the fullest with a bounce in your step all the time. This impressed me the most and will stay with me always.
