The family of Percival Forde of Brampton is saddened to announce that Percival passed away peacefully on December 31st, 2024, at the age of 83, after a courageous battle with cancer. He will also be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Percival Forde was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Born in Tableland, Trinidad on December 2nd, 1941 to Susana Richardson and Neville Forde.

Humble with a calm and friendly personality, Percival loved family and life. He had many longtime friends and enjoyed a good ‘lime’. He spent most of his working life as a welder and retired in 2003. After retirement he enjoyed spending winters in Trinidad and traveling.

Percival will be deeply missed, and as we say goodbye, we remember his calm spirit, steadfast faith, love of family and with gratitude the many memories that will be treasured by all who knew and loved him.

My condolences to the family. Percival was a loving and caring brother. He was always checking up on me to make sure I was okay.

I will miss those calls but I know he will be happy to greet his mother once again on the other side and we will meet again some day.
