At the end of our many weekend dine-out evenings, Paul would sit up tilting his head slightly backward, and say: "I am satisfied!" That pretty well sums up his philosophy of life.

Dear Sally, Sian, and Erika,
We were very sad to learn of Paul's passing, and send you our deepest sympathy. We remember with fondness our student days at McGill, when we were all just beginning to find our way in life. It seems like only yesterday. May memories of the good times and a life well lived eventually overcome your sorrow today.
