Passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Carol Murphy of 56 years. Beloved father of David (Deb), Jim (Tracey) and Bob. Adoring grandpa to Kayla, Jessica, Samantha and Dana. Step-grandpa to Jake and Tammy. Predeceased by siblings John, Ron, Stu, Betty, Bill and survived by sister Marie Dunn. Brother-in-law to Jim Rosenthal (Rema), Jane and Brian Watters. Beloved uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Retired as a Captain from the Scarborough Fire Department after 31 years of service. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday, November 26th from 10 - 11 a.m. with a memorial service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.

We met Paul thru the bowling league and have great memories of bowling weekends. He was a quiet person but always so caring. He was on my team this year & will miss him not giving me a coat hanger for my jacket. Our thoughts are with you Carol & family.
