Peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 17th, 2017 at Scarborough General Hospital. Lovingly remembered by his girlfriend Diana. Dear father of Joe, Peter, Steve, Sarah and Patrick. Cherished grandfather of Hannah, Emily, Nolan, Adriana, Aiden, Anastasia, Kaydence, and Noah. Patrick will be fondly remembered by his family and friends.
