In memory of

Patricia Marie Bourque

March 25, 1946 -  December 13, 2024

She will be forever missed...
BOURQUE, Patricia Marie - Peacefully with her family and Angels by her side on Friday, December 13, 2024 at the Brampton Civic Hospital, in her 79th year. Adored daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (nee Danaher). Predeceased by her loving partner of 40 years Larry James Murphy, and her brother Robert (Ann) and sister-in-law Lynne Sapusak (Randy). Adored aunt to Jennifer Lee (Gary), Robert (Hannah Biesterfeld) and Kathleen Court (Kevin). Great aunt to Cooper, Piper and Hunter Lee, Danagher and Huxley Court. Pat created many special memories for Jenn, Bob and Katz, passing on her love for the game of baseball and especially the Blue Jays. They spent many hours with Pat cheering on the Jays. Pat is survived by family in New Brunswick, England and Scotland. She will be missed by Cherryl and Cor, Liz, Dianne and the group of friends from Ryerson University, and friends and neighbours from Brampton. Thank you Cherryl and Liz for your weekly calls. They meant so much to Pat and she looked forward to hearing all your news. A special thank you to the team at Amicia Peel Village--you were not only caregivers but friends--and to the emergency room/palliative care teams at the Brampton Civic hospital. It is because of your compassion and faith-filled care that Pat was able to pass peacefully.
Celebration of Life to be held Saturday April 5, 2025 at the Meadowvale Funeral Centre, 11am to 1pm. Cremation has taken place. Private family interment of Pat and Larry will take place in the spring of 2025.

Cor and Cherryl Van Dyke (Good friends)

Entered January 7, 2025 from Yellowknife

Pat was a very good friend. Although my husband and I live in Yellowknife, Pat and I talked often. Pat was a very special person...she would do anything for you and she always had something good to say about everyone. I already miss our calls. Rest in peace, Pat!
