In memory of

Parbattee Mohip

May 28, 1947 -  March 10, 2019

Parbattee Mohip was 71 years of age at the time of her passing (in her much beloved home in Brampton, ON, Canada) in the early morning of March 10, 2019. She fought a year and a half long battle with cancer, passing peacefully in her sleep.

Parbattee was born in Trinidad to the late Ramdass and Soobagha Sahadeo. She was the eldest of eight siblings and had a very close relationship with her cousins; Samragee and Sumintra Seeram. Parbattee immigrated to New York City, where she met her future husband Anthony Mohip, at the Empire State Building. They shared 47 wonderful years together. Parbattee and Anthony were wed in 1971 and after three more exciting years in New York City, immigrated to Toronto, Canada where their daughter Sharon was born.

Parbattee worked in Mississauga, ON, Canada as a Shipper/Receiver at a distribution warehouse for over two decades. She was also an active member of her Hindu faith. Parbattee and her family, which grew to include their first family dog (Timmy - deceased), enjoyed spending their time together travelling to the wonderful places of Greece, Egypt, Dubai, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and of course Florida.

Parbattee is survived by her husband Anthony (Brampton, ON, Canada), her daughter Sharon (Mississauga, ON, Canada) and her Grandpuppy Cooper. Parbattee was a good friend to all and her life was touched by so many wonderful people. Remember her fondly. She will be missed.

Dear Tony and Sharon,

We are very sad to hear of Jasso's passing and offer our condolences to your family at this time. She was such a sweet woman and we have many fond memories of our times on Huntingwood and our kids going to school together. We'll always think of her with smiles on our faces.
