We met Pam in the nursery at Knox United Church in Agincourt, Ontario when we were putting our son in their for the first time. New to living in Canada, Pam and her mom made us feel welcomed. She soon became our baby sitter and when we moved back to Pennsylvania after two years, she was a part of our life.
When Pam got married and went on their honeymoon in the Poconoes the hotel was nothing like the brochure said it was and she called us to see if they could come stay with us, We of course agreed.
They made numerous visits to our home after that. More recently our contacts were on Facebook or texting. I wll always remember her great smile, kind heart and her laugh. Pam was a blessing to our family. We are sorry we can’t be there for the memorial service. Blessings from Bruce, Jan, Kim, Mark and Dawn
Pam was as kind a person to our family as anyone could be. She looked after our children John and Sydney when we traveled, spent holiday dinners with us and was a comfort when life dealt some difficult blows. More than that, Pam was an inspiration. She faced her very difficult road with dignity and passion. She fought fearlessly and bravely. She, as Dylan Thomas wrote did 'not go gentle in that good night, she raged against the dying of the light.' We were lucky to have had her light in our lives.
We are sorry to hear of Pam's passing.
We are thinking of Pam and all of her family.
Best,

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this. Life moves too fast, is much too busy and I feel shame in myself that I didn't know how ill Pam was. Please forgive me Pam. You are in my thoughts and in my heart and I know from your love you gave to all how special you are.
I am proud to have been one of Pam's " newer" friends. This past year and a half has been a "gift" to me.......getting to know Pam, hanging out, grocery shopping, endless "coffee times", lunches, theatre outings, and of course, wonderful conversations and PLENTY OF LAUGHS!
I am privileged to have been "taught" to appreciate life by a fierce, loving, brave, kind, funny, compassionate woman......Pam , you are in my heart FOREVER!!!!
Love you,
Eve
