Olga Ivanoff (nee Evanoff) died peacefully on Tuesday August 9, 2016 having turned eighty-nine on April 30. She was predeceased by Mladen, her husband of 64 years. Olga is survived by her three sons George (Evelyn Schmitz-Hertzberg), Rick (Jeanette Gardner) and Bob (Cathy Rajca) and six grandchildren: Rebecca, Hannah, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Mathew and Stephanie.
Olga was a caring and compassionate soul whose incredible empathy towards others defined her. She had many life-long friends and made new friends wherever she went.
She loved her family more than anything and enjoyed family functions when we all could be together.
A memorial service will be held at the York Cemetery and Visitation Centre, (160 Beecroft Road, North York) on Friday August 12 at 2:00pm. Visitation will start at 1:00pm. A reception will be held after the burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
