We are saddened to share the news of Nina's passing Sunday July 8th. Nina passed away peacefully in her sleep early Sunday morning after spending a wonderful day reconnecting with family from away. Nina leaves behind a large loving family.

Family was always very important to Nina and if you weren't family, she made you family. She loved to entertain especially in the summer when she could show off her beautiful garden or on the holidays when she could pull out all the stops with the seasonal decorations. You were always heading home with a goody bag of left overs (there was no saying no). Of course the one item she was known for most was her renown banana bread. You always knew you were in for a treat when she arrived with the rectangular shape loaf wrapped in plastic with care.

Serving 40+ years at Bosch meant it was her home away from home for so many years. Even after retirement she would visit with her banana bread and found new adventures with new and old friends alike.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation is made to the Toronto Sharing Place, a food bank in the Greater Toronto Area Nina supported for many years. You can make an online donation at canadahelps.org
