Born October 20, 1932. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 26, 2024. He was a loving devoted husband to Katina (nee Stamkos) for 67 years. Dear father of Helen (Al), Irene, Bill (Diane), and John (Gail). Loving grandfather (papa) to Nicholas (Tracy), Jamie (Lauren), Michael (Scott), Christopher (Nicole), Sebastian (Ivana), Kaitlyn (Kristian), Kevin (Elizabeth), Kyle (Maimie), Kayleigh (Kieran) and Bryan. Great papa to Lena, Nora and Kymie. A visitation will be held on Thursday August 29th from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough. The funeral service will take place the following day at Pine Hills – Friday August 30th at 11 a.m. (visitation starting at 10 a.m.) – Interment to follow in Section 14.
