In memory of

Natalia Pavao

September 27, 1957 -  September 7, 2020

Peacefully, surrounded by her family Natalia passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of Daniel Pavao. Dear mother to Marlena Pavao-Osborne and her husband Preston and Jason Pavao and his wife Julie. Proud Avó to 2 beautiful grandchildren Alex and Marko who were her little angels.
Born in Bretanha St. Miguel in the Azores. Natalia had a huge heart. You became her friend as soon as you spoke and she loved her friends like family. She made sure to reach out to everyone everyday to remind everyone how much she loved them. She often included a cute joke or something special that reminded her of them.
Natalia’s strong faith helped her through her fight with cancer. She attended mass weekly and prayed her rosary daily.
She had a warm smile and all who knew her loved her. Natalia will be forever remember and very missed by all those her in Canada and the Azores.
If so desired donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or the Make a Wish Foundation.

I never had the privilege of working with Natalia but I met her last year at the annual Maple Lodge Christmas lunch. We shared stories of the other people there and I very much saw her very kind soul.
My deepest sympathies goes out to the family. Please continue to think about the good memories.
