In memory of

Harry Chong

December 8, 1931 -  November 8, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Harry Chong on November 8, 2019 at the age of 87 years old. Since emigrating from China to Canada in 1951, he worked as a cook, and had successfully owned and operated a couple of restaurants. He was very handy around the house and was also an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He was happiest when he spent time with his family. He gave each of us treasured memories that made us feel special. He will be missed dearly and is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Kit Ching, and their children, Stephen (Barbara), Pearl (Leonard), Kelly, Julie (Stephen) and Janet (George), and his grandchildren Justin, Meagan, Jordan, Samantha, Cassidy, Calvin, Ashley, Camryn and Jayden.

We are grateful for the kindness and compassion that all of you have extended to our family.
