Yee pau was a very well loved grandma. She was my best friend, my family best friend, and my grandma childhood best friend. She gave me so much joy and happiness every time I saw her. She watched me grow up since I was a baby. We would have Chinese food together and share stories. She introduced me to a beans and dry fish dish at Congee Queen, which is now my fave dish. Yee Pau. You are no longer with us now. I will miss you a great deal. I’m glad I got a chance to see you one last time before you left. I glad you got to have cake with me. We will meet again someday. I will never forget you. May you rest in peace. I love you forever yee pau.
