In memory of

Milivoje Lazarevic

December 3, 1936 -  January 16, 2019

Milivoje Lazarevic passed away peacefully at East General Hospital surrounded by his family, on January 16, 2018, after a long and courageous battle with chronic kidney disease. He faced his life and illness with dignity, grace, courage and good humour and was an inspiration to all of us. He was a loving husband to his wife Ljubica, and a loving, caring and supportive father to his children Snezana (daughter), David (son), Renata (daughter-in-law) and John (son-in-law). He was especially fond of his granddaughter Aleksandra, whom he cared for, mentored and taught cello to for twenty years. He was also a loving brother to his sisters Anica, Vera, Nada and Ljubinka, a loving uncle to Ljiljana, Biljana and Zoran, and a warm-hearted, positive soul to all extended family. He will be dearly missed. Rest in peace, Deka.

After the funeral and burial at York Cemetary, please join us for a Celebration of Life at 5:00 pm in the evening, at Pantheon Restaurant, located at 407 Danforth Ave.

Please see funeral details below.
