It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Michel Nassif on Monday, November 27, 2023 after a brief battle with COVID-19. He is deeply missed by his beloved wife of 31 years, Madeleine Kiameh, and his loving children, Anthony, and Christine (Assaad Zaghrini).

He was the proud grandfather of Elie Zaghrini, cherished son of Saide Nassif, and dear brother of Madona Mokbel, Dr. Ayoub Nassif (Madeleine Kamel), and Rev. Dr. Bassam Nassif (Helen Zahwa-Nassif). He will be deeply missed by the extended Kiameh family, the Mokbel family, the Zaghrini family, his nieces and nephews and friends.

Family and friends will be received at ELGIN MILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd.E., Richmond Hill (east of Leslie St., 905-737-1720) on Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Prayers and eulogies will be held at 7 p.m. (masks are encouraged to be worn). A funeral service will be held at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 9116 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery. Masks are encouraged as well as physical distancing.
