Michael Walter Grupp

Michael died peacefully with his beloved wife, Lisa by his side after a long period of declining health due to Parkinson’s. He is the proud father of Sarah and Robert (Alandra) Grupp and Grandfather to Henrich.
Predeceased by his mother, Dorothea and survived by his father, Werner. The family extends their gratitude to the compassionate staff of Ina Grafton Gage Long Term Care Home. A Visitation will be held at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough on Friday, July 7th from 12-1pm. Funeral Service to follow at 1pm. Burial at Pine Hills Cemetery. If desired, donations can be made to Parkinson’s Canada.

I am very sad to hear of Michael’s passing. He was a great person and loving parent and son. It is very unfortunate Parkinson’s has taken him so soon. My condolences to his family.

Dear Lisa and family, sorry for your lost.

Mike and I met in high school. We had much in common. We would talk about music that we both likes, Genesis was one of our favourite. Mike and I played the trumpet together in band.

I wish i could tell your more, but my aphasia caused by my stroke is limiting me.

You will be missed my friend, rest in peace.
