Peacefully on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 after a valiant battle with cancer. Beloved son of Elizabeth Watts and the late Stanley Reid. Loving and devoted brother to Gary (Brenda), Joanne and Janice. Exceptional Uncle to Christopher (Darci), Andrew, Kendra and Marcus. Hard working, creative and respected Media Producer starting in the radio industry over 30 years ago. Unofficial Mayor of Cabbagetown. Loyal and loving friend to so many. Special thanks to Dr. Hedley, Dr. Mak and the entire staff at Princess Margaret Hospital.

Visitation at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre- 375 Mount Pleasant Road on Wednesday, July 5 at 11 am until the time of services in our Chapel at 12 pm. Interment to follow on site.

In lieu of Flowers Donation may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre or Wallace McCain Centre for Pancreatic Cancer.

Mike was a work mate and a friend for close to 20 years. I will miss him very much. RIP Mike.

Mike and I worked together at CFTR in the 80s. He was a sincerely nice guy to his core who always had a smile and a happy word or two . I learned a great deal from Mike and feel honored and privileged to have not only worked with him but called him friend.My deepest sympathies.
