In loving memory of Mei Lan Lem.

Mei Lan Lem, passed on January 1st 2018. She is the beloved wife of Hung Wing Lem, the mother to Ming Yip (Moon), Jim (Ana), and Susan (Derek). An amazing grandmother to Vincent, Alex, May, Jason, Jeremy, Michelle and Jarod. She had a resilient and strong personality that filled everyone's hearts that she encountered. She unexpectedly passed whilst watching her favourite soap operas but not short after talking to her children and grandchildren. She filled people's lives with her non-stop talking, stubborn demeanor and warm personality. She was caring, nurturing and an all around amazing cook. She thrived by teaching everyone how to cook all her recipes as well as fostering her values to her family. Mei enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, talking and playing Mahjong with her friends and the occasional Casino visit. She was a second mother that helped raise her grand children when needed and they will forever remember all that she did for them as well as all that she taught them. Mei was able to experience her children growing up and creating families of their own as well as being a devoted and loving grandmother to her grand kids. She will be loved and missed by everyone.
