In Loving Memory of Max

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Max, who left us on December 3, 2023, at the age of 54.

Max was a beloved partner to Pohan, a devoted son, and a cherished brother. His departure has left a void in the lives of those who knew him, and his memory will forever be etched in our hearts.

Max was known for his warm and generous spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand and share a smile that could brighten even the darkest days. His kindness and compassion touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on the community he was a part of.

As a life partner to Pohan, Max exemplified the true meaning of love and dedications. Their connection was a source of inspiration for all who witnessed it, and the bond they shared was a testament to the strength of their love for each other.

Max's family was the cornerstone of his life. His mother and brother were his pillars of support, and their close-knit bond brought comfort and joy to each of their lives. Max's legacy lives on through the memories they created together and the love that will endure in their hearts.

In addition to his personal connections, Max was an accomplished physiotherapist who always brought true compassions in his practice. He embraced life with a fervor that resonated through his love for literature, finding solace and connection in the pages that explored the nature of human existence. Running, a pursuit of both challenge and meditation, exemplified by the completion of the Forest City Road Race, an endeavour he found to be the hardest yet finished with a spirit unyielding.

Max's departure leaves a profound sense of loss, but we choose to remember the vibrant and loving soul that he was. As we mourn the passing of a dear friend, partner, son, and brother, let us also celebrate the joy and love that Max brought into our lives.

A memorial service will be held on December 14 at 12:30pm at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, where friends and family can gather to share stories, offer support, and pay tribute to the beautiful life of Max.

May Max rest in eternal peace, and may his spirit continue to inspire and uplift us all.

I have known Max as we worked together on the surgery units over the past many years. Although he is known to be quiet, he will always greet me with a Hello and a smile whenever we see each other and he would always ask about my family and kids. He is such a kind hearted and genuine person and I am very fortunate to have known him these past years.
