February 14, 1926 - June 11, 2016

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Seven Oaks Long Term Care on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late William. Cherished mother of the late Eric, Brian (Monica) and Ken (Mary Jane). Loving grandmother of Nicole (Gus), Chris (Jennifer), Michelle (Justin), Jessica (Jay) and Emma. Proud great-grandmother of Alysha, Olivia, Ella, Farrah and Lydia. The family would like to express their special thanks to the staff of Seven Oaks Long Term Care for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heart and Strokes Foundation is appreciated. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Funeral Centre on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Followed by interment and reception.

Mary was a great friend, and part of our family for many years, having all our birthday parties together. She loved dancing , and we had lots of laughs together at Oakridge.
Halloween 2010, was a good year for Mary, she won with her "Dorothy" costume.
We always had our "Rabbie Burns " lunch together, for the last fifteen years. This year was the first she couldn't make it, she was missed. My sisters and I with Mary, went a few holidays together, enjoying out time together. There are hundreds of photos of all these happy times we had . I will miss my dear friend Mary, she was loved a lot.
