April 24, 1922 - April 4, 2018

Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Wednesday April 4, 2018 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Pre-deceased by her husband William "Bill" Foster. Mary will be sadly missed by her children Stephen, Linda (Philippe) and Diane Foster-Russell, grand children Ryan(Julia), Chad, Elyse, Marcel, and great grandchildren Siena and Cruz. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her many favourite nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) for visitation on Saturday April 14, 2018 from 4p.m. - 8p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday April 15, 2018 at 2:00p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior.

We'll always have a smile in our heart for Mary. She was an amazing woman, full of life and love and definitely a role model for growing old gracefully. Our condolences to all her family and friends. She will be missed and cherished in all our memories.

I was very sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I knew her from the Curling Club in East York. I thought she was a very nice lady and I'm sure she will be very sadly missed by friends and family.
