It is with heavy hearts we announce the tragic, sudden passing of our beloved Mary.

Dear daughter of Leslie and Don (2015); step-daughter to Guy; fantastic sister to James and Jean; devoted partner to Jesse. Mary relished her role as Aunt to Blake, Abigail, Desmond and Tyler, and was looking forward with hope to her own chance at motherhood.

Her thirst for knowledge and understanding of other people and the world around her was boundless.

Mary truly left a mark on all she met and through every story she told. A devoted friend to many, she was passionate with her support of their pursuits.

Her adoration for cats, for all animals, was vast: she could tame any beast.

She will be missed beyond measure.

I was introduced to Mary via Casa Meow. Wow! Her smile and big eyes. I trusted her immediately. Such a genuine soul.
She sat my Cat many many times. I've read that Mary could tame any cat. Words could not be any truer.
I am saddened by the news.
May you rest easy Mary. I will never forget you.

Mary was an asbolsute ray of light. I will most remember her for her ability to make everyone around her feel valued, and she accepted everyone as themselves. The last time I saw Mary, I remember noticing how happy she appeared. Mary seemed to be looking forward to so many things, and I could tell she was in a very happy place in her life - many thanks to Jesse I am sure. I will be forever grateful for that time I spent with her that evening. Mary may have left this earth, but definitely not our hearts. Heaven has certainly gained an Angel. She will be missed by many.
