The McNeil family is in sorrow at the passing of Marlene Edna McNeil (Marler), on August 1, 2017 at Toronto General Hospital, after the recent passing of her sister Grace. Wife of Vincent McNeil for 55 years, beloved mother to Steve (Chrissie), Joe (Laura), Cameron, and Leigh (Mark). Grandmother to Nikki, Marlee, Warren, and Dylan. Great Grandmother to Hunter and Autumn. Aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Marlene was a good friend to many and will be dearly missed. Life long Beach resident and avid bridge player. Thanks to the many nurses and doctors who cared for her during her last month and half of life. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday August 5 for visitation from 6-8pm. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday August 6th, 2017 at 2:00pm with visitation 1 hour prior. If desired, donations can be made to CAMH Foundation.

Big V, Joe, Laura, Warren, Marlee, Nikki and family - thinking of all of you right now. Can't help but think of Marlene smiling and welcoming us on the way in to so many hockey and lacrosse games over the years. Always a smile and a laugh for all of us.
