In memory of

Mark Howard Berman

February 12, 1944 -  March 21, 2023

Mark was born in Toronto on a Saturday while Hockey Night in Canada was on. His aunt, Bobbie Rosenfeld, wasn’t too happy to have to go to the hospital for the occasion as she was listening to the game. He went to Ryerson to get his degree in photography. He took many wonderful pictures of family and friends. He was very funny and loved comedy. He loved the Rolling Stones. We went to see them often when they played Toronto. Mark worked as a taxi driver for many years. He travelled to Europe during the early 60s and visited many countries on the continent and some in Africa. He loved to watch baseball and football on TV. We enjoyed travelling together in the US and Canada. Mark had to do all the driving because I never learned how to drive. We met while the Montreal Olympics were on in 1976. We were together for 47 years.
