Marianne (Ruth) Susanik passed away peacefully on March 18th, 2020, in the care of Seven Oaks Nursing Home at the age of 91. Marianne was born on May 26, 1928 in Breslau, Germany.

In Canada, Marianne has worked in many jobs and one of them was working with her late Rudolf Susanik in their family business. She loved to travel with Rudolf around the world, and would visit family in Germany, Austria, and Slovakia often.

Pre-deceased by her husband (Rudolf), Marianne will be missed by her beloved niece Alena Fisla and her family, including all of Marianne’s extended family and friends in Germany, Austria, Spain, and Slovakia.

To honour Marianne's memory, a service will take place at York Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Rd., North York, ON, M2N 5Z5) at 1PM on Tuesday, March 24th, conducted by Reverend Ladislav Kozak .
