Maria Valdomira Mendonca departed from us on earth January 19, 2024 and joined her beloved husband Adelino Mendonca in their heavenly home.

Maria was born in S. Roque, Sao Miguel, Acores June 19, 1929 to her late mother Angelina Lourenco and late father Manuel Jacinto Pacheco.

She was a wonderful sister to Margarida Medeiros, Emilia Medeiros, late sister Alda Maria Pacheco and late brother Leonardo Pacheco.

She was a loving mother to Octavio (Angie) Mendonca, Grace (Tony) Rebelo, Leonardo (Margarida) Mendonca & Maggie (Leo) Faita, and a wonderful Vavo to many grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Maria Valdomira had a love of sewing and was a seamstress for many years of her life in Portugal and in Toronto, Canada.

She had a passion for giving to others and supporting charities, and loved gardening.
