In memory of

Maria Isabel Oliveira

August 20, 1929 -  June 25, 2021

Maria Isabel Oliveira immigrated to Canada in 1970, where she settled with her husband and three children. She came to call Canada her home and has always been the glue that brought the family together. She was happiest surrounded by family at her birthday celebrations and special family celebrations. She helped raise her grandchildren and has always been present in their lives in whatever capacity she could. It has been challenging to see her deteriorate year by year, becoming almost unrecognizable as Alzheimer's disease took her from us many years ago. People remember her as being a very loving and kind person, and that is how we wish to remember her too.
