God called Maria peacefully on Friday August 15th, 2025, at the age of 81. Maria is forever loved by her beloved husband, Nick. Cherished by her dear children, Dora, and Dina. Loving Mother-in-Law to Larry Blough. Proud Yiayia to Alexa, and Natasha. She will be reunited in heaven with her cherished daughter Donna.

Maria will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. The family would like to sincerely thank the dedicated caregivers Jonah, Christina, Catalina, Willa, Helen, Lucy, and Asha whose kindness, patience, and professionalism brought comfort to Maria and the family.
If so desired, donations in memory of Maria may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The Visitation will take place at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre (1591 Elgin Mills Road East (905) 737-1720) on Monday, August 18th, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church (3125 Bayview Avenue (416) 221-4611). Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery.
