Dickson, Margaret (July 19, 1938 - April 29, 2017) passed away at home with her loving family by her side. A beloved wife, she was predeceased by Marshall Dickson (2015) and James Haldane (1975). Loving mother of Jim Haldane (Donna Ruffolo), Carol McKinley (Ken Morrison) and predeceased by her son Mark Haldane (2003). Cherished grandmother of Michael McKinley (Brittany) and Megan McKinley. She will be fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law’s (Donna) children Brandon (Melissa), and their daughter Alessia, Danielle (Andy) and their son Logan. Dear sister of Scott Wilson and aunt to Graeme and Craig Wilson. Her life was blessed with short getaways (often spontaneous), golf, travel, daily breakfast outings, dear friends and extended family, in Canada and Scotland. Family and friends will be received at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre (online condolences at www.mountpleasantgroup.com), 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga, on May 13 at 10:00 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dorothy Ley Hospice in appreciation for their home support.
