RIP Mom!!!

My Mother was a good Mom who always gave her unending love and support to me.
She always made sure we were safe and secure, provided our every need. Mom had a wonderful sense of humour, loved to cook and bake her favourite foods. She loved her African violets and sometimes had as many as 30 strewn around the living room. She loved animals, we had Lucky our dog for 11 years. When our dog passed away, Mom was heartbroken. Once when we were talking about her parents, Grandma and Grandpa Simms, she said she was an orphan because they had both passed on. I said to Mom, only kids are orphans, not adults. She said anyone of any age can be an orphan if they have no parents. Well Mom, I guess that means that I am an orphan now. I love you Mom, and will miss you always.
