Passed away peacefully at Mount Sinai Hospital on January 17, 2019. Devoted wife of Chiu Yin Lee. Loving mother of Michael, May and husband Howard. Beloved grandmother of Justine and Nicole. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for their care. The family also wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Mon Sheong Home for the Aged, and Fudger House. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 25 at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre with a reception to follow (address and directions under funeral details below).
