McLennan, Mabel (nee Brown)

Passed away on Saturday May 27, 2017 in Mississauga, Ontario. Beloved daughter of the late Leon and Doris Brown. Loving mother of Lonnie McLennan (Barbara), Marlene Moore-Moss (Dennis Moss) and Dawn Reid (Anthony Reid). Cherished grandmother of Natasha, Craig, Stephen, Christopher, Travis and Ashley. Great grandmother of 9. Survived by her brother Trevor and sister Audrey. Will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the City Centre Baptist Church, 1075 Eglinton Avenue W on Wednesday June 7, 2017 from 10 a.m until time of the Funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Johns Dixie Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Dearest Mummy, Little did I know that when I spoke with you on Thursday night it would be the last time. Thank you for being the best Mother you could be and for loving me so much. I will miss our talks and laughter. Who is going to give me the best fashion ideas and when I hear someone say "How is my Baby Girl,I will remember and chuckle. Ms. Mabel was such a lovely regal classic lady who was always so warm and had an infectious smile. (Always in her heels. :) )
