In Loving Memory of Lynda Gillis

With great sadness, the family announces the unexpected passing of Lynda Gillis at her home on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Lynda will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, John, her cherished mother Beverley, and her beloved children: Jennifer Rego (Jimmy), Ian, Emma Davy (Keith), and Brian. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Liam, Aria, and Gabriel.

Lynda found joy in gardening and caring for her two dogs. In her younger years, she loved weekend garage sales and shopping trips to Buffalo — simple pleasures that brought her happiness.

Cremation has taken place at The Simple Alternative, Pickering.
In keeping with Lynda’s wishes, there will be no service at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in her memory. If you wish to donate online click on the Donations tab on the top of this page.
