It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ludivine (née McGrath) Landry on January 25, 2023 at Chester Village, aged 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Lionel. Cherished mother of Charles (Patricia Landry), Odette Williams (Robin Williams) and John (Jeniffer Landry). She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Cateline, Austin, Cameron, Marcel, Colin, Madeleine, Jacqueline and Mathieu.

Oldest sister to 13 siblings Gilberte, Jean-Paul, Gerard, Vitaline, Gisele, Simone, Odette, Aubin, Raymonde and predeceased by Viateur, Honoré, Elie, and Eugene.

She was a Registered Nurse at Tracadie Hospital in New Brunswick prior to moving to Toronto and her marriage to Lionel Landry. Family was her greatest joy followed by food and music. In memory of Ludivine and in lieu of flowers, donations to Variety - The Children’s Charity of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the compassionate staff at Chester Village.

I have very fond memories of Ludivine as she was such a lovely neighbour. She always said a big hello to our children as they walked to school and they looked forward to saying hello back! I travel a lot for business, so i know that her warm hello's and gorgeous laugh, was a symbol of being home! Karen Blair - 802 Logan

I remember her fondly. Such joie de vivre. A wonderful neighbour with a smile for all who passed by as she cared for her plants and walkway.

Our deepest and most compassionate condolences to the Landry family and beyond. Mme Ludevine greeted and chatted with us almost daily and especially when my children were younger and walked to (each morning) and from (each afternoon) their daycare around the corner. We would often go sweep fallen flower buds, rake leaves, shovel snow, and salt the walkways with Madame. She is dearly missed by our family.
