Lindo Shim, 94, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, October 1, 2022. He was born in St. Catherine, Jamaica.

A devoted and loving husband to Len Yin, father to Stanley (Elmy), Yvonne (Stephen), Damian (Daphne). Grandfather to Erin (Darryl), Kristen, Alyson, Caitlyn, Nathan. Great grandfather to Liam and Isabelle.

He will be missed.

Friends may call at the ELGIN MILLS FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill (SE corner of Elgin Mills and Leslie) 905-737-1720 on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 for a visitation starting at 1:00 p.m.

A funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Scarborough Health Network Foundation, would be greatly appreciated by the family.

I still have memories of spending a great summer holiday in Old Harbour with Tai Que, Tai Que Neung, Stan & Baby Yvonne! Tai Que was my Mom's only brother in Jamaica. May you rest in Peace, Tai Que!
