In memory of

Lilmohan Khudoo

October 31, 1934 -  April 1, 2019

Our dear Brother Lilmohan (Lil) Khudoo was born on October 31st, 1934 in Guyana, South America.

He was the fourth of eleven children, and as one of the oldest sons, was 'born' into the role of caregiver and provider for his younger siblings - a role that he continued to fulfill throughout his life, as husband, father, and grandfather.

In April 1955, Lilmohan was baptized in Guyana as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He zealously loved his faith and embraced his belief in the resurrection hope. His deep love for his God Jehovah was always evident and he was fearless in his preaching work.

On May 12th 1958, Lil was married to Eunice Norman and became father to Jesse, James Khudoo (Caroline), (Jaye) Jedidah Marchant (David), and (Jo) Jehoaddin Meirowski (Trevor). He was a father to Jonathan Samuel (Christine and Jeremiah), and along with his late wife Eunice, they lovingly took care of him from his birth. Lil was also the ever-doting grandfather to his grandchildren Michael, Daniel, Nicole, Elizabeth and Courtney.

After moving to England with Eunice, he supported his family by working as a mechanic while continuing with his ministry. In addition to his ministry, Lil demonstrated love for the worldwide brotherhood by generously opening his heart and his home to his Christian brothers from all over the world.

In 1980, Lil moved his family to Canada where his spiritual routine stayed solid. He continued in the field of mechanics, working as a marine mechanic for the Royal Canadian Yacht Club along with his son, James.

In his later years, he sought out ways to actively give a witness about his faith, even to the Personal Support Workers who would care for him at home. Through these years, he has gained a truly large spiritual family. His wish for everyone was to experience the same joy that he felt and that brought him many blessings.

Brother Lil Khudoo will truly be missed and we await his smiling face in the resurrection, a hope that he deeply cherished according to John 5: 28,29.

Memorial Donations may be made to Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Canada.

I will always remember my good friend and fellow servant of Jehovah. He was later like a farmer and grandfather to me, which I never had growing up. He will be missed and fondly remembered in a special way.

Many happy memories for Jay of Lil and Eunice and family serving Jehovah together in England. Reunited just last year when Lil showed us both such generosity by opening his home to us. We look forward to the day we can all be reunited once again in Paradise.
