Passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital.

Beloved wife to Terry Y. Tsuji (Dec.21, 1987). Loving mother
to Gale (Ron), Karen (Brian), Teresa (David), and Terrance (Katherine).
Cherished Grammy to Neil (Lisa) and “Big” Grammy to Cole, Asher, and Ryerson.

Deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to all the Staff at Momiji Health Care and to
Lillian's Personal Support Workers, Jemalyn, Annaliza, and Kristine. They were kind, good-natured, and dedicated individuals in their care. We thank them for their
love, compassion, and friendship. Our sincere appreciation to Dr. Rahim Abdulhussein, Grace Chiu (spiritual services), and all the staff at the Tower, 9th floor, in comforting Mom at this time.

At Lillian’s request, cremation has taken place with no service. In lieu of flowers or Koden, should you wish, donations in Lillian's memory may be made to The Momiji Health Care Society (www.momiji.on.ca) with appreciation from the family
