July 27, 1920 - December 28, 2017

Passed away peacefully on Thursday December 28, 2017 at the age of 97. Li Ting Kit Li Wan Po, beloved husband of Lew Chin Sew Li Wan Po, happily married for almost 70 years.

Loving father to Jacques (Marie-Therese), Brigitte (Peter), Emmanuel (Helena), Dawn (John) and Karl (Anne-Marie). Loving grandfather to Rachelle, Catherine (Anthony), Jonathan (Sheila), Michelle (Tyler) and Nicole (Steven), and great grandfather to Korra.

Li Ting Kit was born and raised in China. He immigrated to Mauritius with his wife Lew Chin Sew, where they raised 5 children together. Later, they joined their children in Canada. He had 3 brothers and a sister in Canada. He will be missed by his entire family and many friends around the world, including in China, Mauritius, Reunion Island, United Kingdom, Australia, USA and Singapore.

The visitation will be held on Sunday January 7, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Pine Hill Funeral Centre in Scarborough. The memorial service will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in his name.
