FEARMAN, LESTER - January 7, 1954 - August 5, 2017
It is with profound sadness we announce that LESTER FEARMAN, aka “The Bike Boss”, 13x Ironman finisher and loving husband, died at Princess Margaret Hospital in palliative care from cancer. Predeceased by his father Richard Fearman, he will be greatly missed by his wife Marney Malabar, stepson Sam Berube, mother Evelyn Fearman and brother Richard Fearman and his wife Janet, along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 9th at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road from 3:30-6:00. A Celebration of his Life will begin at 6:30. Memorial donations can be made to The Princess Margaret Palliative Care Unit.

I only knew Lester a couple cycling seasons, but Sundays with you two out were the best rides. He always kept us safe and on track, with a great sense of humour. Sundays won't be the same without him. I always call the north side route back from Oakville Lester's route. You two are in my thoughts. Lester, wherever your spirit is now, I hope it's always on a bike.

I wish to extend my condolences to all the family in the 'green house'. I didn't really know Lester beyond a brief 'hello'. But he was a significant figure in the neighbourhood and we will miss his presence. I am so sorry for your sudden loss.
