The Cosman Family wishes to thank friends, neighbours and the palliative care team for their kindness and loving care during Larry’s final days.

A renowned master of artistic neon and fun loving ‘Grampy’, Larry will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Graveside Service on Saturday May 20th, 2017at 11:30 at Meadowvale Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres, 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton (north of HWY 407 and south of Steeles Ave)

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Larry will soon be home with Jeanne and Doug.

Know then that every soul is free,
To choose his life and what he'll be;
For this eternal truth is given,
That God will force no man to heaven

He'll call, persuade direct him right;,
Bless him with wisdom, love, and light;
In nameless ways be good and kind;
But never force the human mind.

Freedom and reason make us men:
Take these away, what are we then?
Mere animals, and just as well,
The beasts may think of heaven or hell.

Jamie has become a good friend of ours over the past few years. He even showed us a history of neon manufacturing and the artistry involved in making this bright lights for advertising. He told us about his father's contribution and reputation in the NEON industry. It was the time of glamour when neon ruled the strip in Las Vegas and all major cities in North America. May your Dad rest in Peace and the Neon lights shine forever, Jamie.

Deep condolences to the Cosman family as we all share their mourning on the passing of Larry. Only Jaime could call him "Pops", but the rest of us got to know him through his stunning neon glass work and good natured soul or kind heart. We will all miss him and he was simply a great man. The neon world has lost it's brightest star.
