Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Ajax, on December 9, 2018 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Habib Ata. Loving mother of Robert (Betty), David (Venus), Tony, Marie (Emil), Simon, Raymond (Helene). Cherished grandmother of Steve, the late Samer, Alexander, Sandra, Charlie, Paul, Tania, Andrea, Joseph, Andre, and Carla. Great-grandmother to Aliana. Will be missed by many extended family and friends. Visitation to be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering (905-686-5589) on Thursday December 13th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, December 14th from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jesus the King Greek Melkite Catholic Church.
