In memory of

Larry Minos

January 16, 1958 -  October 6, 2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Larry on Friday, October 6, 2017, at home with Debbie and Dylan by his side. He joins his dear parents Kostas and Katina and his late sister, Phyllis. Larry was the cherished and beloved husband of Debbie (Moinzee) for 25 years and the proud father of Dylan and his honorary children, Michael and Krista. He is deeply missed by his sister Christine (Chris Peikos) and their children Vicky (Frank Molinaro) and Danny (Anna), his brothers Peter (Cathy) and their children Steve (Joanna) and Lisa (Tony Vocino), and Tom (Maggie) and their children Michael (Winnie) and Krista (Steve Maiorano), his sister-in-law Karen Goldstein (Dennis Malet) and their children Lainie, Lonnie and Lindsay (Adam Gilbert) and his brother-in-law Jerry Kofsky (Annette Trimarchi) and their children Joseph, Joshua and Vanessa (Tony Colacci). He was also the dear great uncle of Liam, Raena, Za’Khi and Sammy.

Larry loved hockey and requested to have a humble gathering in reflection of his life, as such we will be celebrating his life ‘Larry style’. Should you choose, we greatly encourage and would very much appreciate that you arrive at ELGIN MILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd.E., Richmond Hill (east of Leslie St., 905-737-1720) in your favorite hockey jersey or in casual attire. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11th from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday, October 12th at 9 am. A funeral service will start at 10 a.m. Interment to follow. In accordance with Larry’s wishes, please refrain from sending flowers and kindly make a monetary donation to Dylan’s education fund.

Oh the stories we heard about Larry and Dylan over the years here at Ceridian. Debbie shone with pride every time she spoke about Larry and Dylan and had all of us laughing with these stories! My heart aches for all of you. Hugs to Debbie and Dylan and all of your family.
