It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lai Lin Lily Li-Fung, who passed away peacefully on February 8, 2023, at the age of 89 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Lily was born in Hong Kong and moved to Toronto upon her retirement. She was the beloved wife of Keng Lau, Lawrence, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Catherine, Barbara, Anita, Dorothy, and Emily, and was deeply loved by her sons-in-law, Raymond and Terence, and her grandchildren, Kevin, Byron, Cova, Joelle, and Matias.

In addition to her successful career as a teacher, Lily was also a devoted supporter of her husband's business. She was always there to offer her help and support, and her selflessness and unwavering dedication to her family will never be forgotten.

We are all saddened to learn of Aunt Lily's passing. Her memories live on fondly in all of us who were lucky enough to call her family. Although we will not be there in person for the service, we will be thinking of you all. Take good care of yourselves, especially Uncle Lawrence, during this difficult time.
