Kostas Robis (March 25, 1929-September 23, 2022)
Kostas (Kotcho) Robis has passed away peacefully at home at the age of 93, with his beloved wife of 65 years, Agapi, by his side. He was the loving and proud father of Tona, John, (Victoria) and Bill. Dedo Kotcho loved and adored his grandchildren, Daniel, Jacquelyne (Neil), David and Alexander and treasured the time He spent with them.
Kostas is also survived by his brothers-in-law, Vangeli, Christo, and Demetri, and sister-in-law Genna.Kostas is remembered fondly by his nieces Vassiliki, Chrisoula and Athena and their families in Canada, as well as his extended family and many friends in this country, as well as in Greece, Macedonia and Germany.

Kotcho was the youngest child born to Vasili and Tona (Loumanis) in Vevi (Banitsa) Greece. He was pre-deceased by his sisters Eleni and Maria and his brother Stoyan. He also had three siblings who passed away when they were infants.

Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) for Visitation on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Centre on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11:00 am following a visitation period of one hour beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in the Pine Hill Cemetery grounds immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kostas’ favourite charities: the Scarborough Health Network Foundation and the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
