My condolences to Ken’s friends and family. Ken was an old friend of mine that I met when we both worked at the Carleton University residence cafeteria. We both liked jokes, but Ken was a bit fussy about that. He liked the Archie Bunker type of humour in All in the Family, but wasn’t wild about shows like Seinfeld and Everybody Loves Raymond. I like all of those, but we shared enough jokes to have fun. Ken used to end all his emails with “Keep laughing. Laugher is the best medicine.” It’s good to remember him that way.
