In Loving Memory of Ken Kit Chun Li
November 28, 1937 – November 27, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ken Kit Chun Li, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, who passed away peacefully on November 27, 2024.

Born on November 28, 1937, in Kaiping, China, Ken was known for his generosity, unwavering kindness, and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether offering a helping hand or simply sharing a warm smile, Ken made the world a better place for everyone around him.

Ken spent over 35 years owning and running his own dry cleaning business, building lasting relationships with his customers and community. His dedication to his work and his clients was matched only by his love for his family.

Ken was a devoted husband to Yim for 58 wonderful years and a proud father to Jean, Nancy, Boyd, and Keith, who were the light of his life. In his free time, Ken had a keen interest in cruise ship books, high-end watches, car shows, and had a remarkable talent for keeping his plants thriving with his green thumb. His passion for collecting liquor was also a favorite pastime, reflecting his appreciation for the finer things in life. Those who knew him will forever cherish his spirit and kindness.

Ken is survived by his wife, Yim; his children, Jean and Diego (spouse), Nancy and Nelson (spouse), Boyd and Sharon (spouse), Keith and Eva (spouse); and his cherished grandchildren, Alyssia and Sulaiman (spouse), Thalia, Cara, and Morgan. He is also remembered fondly by his extended family and countless others he has helped.

Viewing will be held on Sunday December 1, 2024 from 1-5pm, and Monday December 2, 2024 from 1-2pm. A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Monday December 2, 2024 at 2 pm at the York Cemetery & Funeral Centre.

Ken’s kindness, strength, and love will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. His legacy of love, generosity, and kindness will live on in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He touched countless lives, and his spirit will continue to inspire us. While he may no longer be with us in person, his presence will forever remain in our hearts.
