In memory of

Kathleen "Kay" Sullivan (nee: Mulgrew)

July 21, 1941 -  March 19, 2024

Kay passed away peacefully, in Ajax, Ontario with family at her side at age 82. Predeceased by her husband Terrence (Terry) Sullivan. Cherished mother of Kevin (Jacqui) and Karen. Loving Nanny to Kaitlyn, Matthew and Jessica.

Kay was born in Montreal and moved to Markham, Ontario with her husband Terry in the 1980s. She was a cashier at the No Frills in Markham for many years and volunteered her time for several charities. Kay was a dedicated friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed travel and loved her cruise adventures with her sister-in-law, trips to the cottage with the entire family and exploring new and exciting places. Kay will always be remembered for her kindness and caring, and always wanting to know every detail about what was happening with her grandkids. She was always willing to help a person in need.

Sincere thanks to the dedicated staff at Ballycliffe lodge for their care and compassion in Kay’s final days.
Celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 322 in Ajax.

While I also mourn the loss of Kay, I will remember all the joyful moments more. New Year’s Day dinners at her home, long chats, her interest in everyone and everything. Kay loved her friends and family fiercely, including that grouchy old cat. She has imprinted on our hearts forever.

Hers was a life well lived, filled with love for family and friends. She faced life head on with a smile. We miss her. Our hearts reach out to her family as you grieve even though we all know she is probably already making friend in heaven and sharing her contagious laughter
