Kasmer "Casey" Joseph Dice (born Dziedzic) passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at his home in Mississauga, Ontario. He was 89 years old.

Born in Inwood, Manitoba to John and Anastasia Dziedzic, Casey was the 10th of 11 children. He spent much of his youth growing up and working on the family farm with his 10 siblings.

In his late teens he ventured off to Beamsville, Ontario to work on a farm. He started his life long career at Campbell's Soup, in Toronto, Ontario, in 1945.

In 1946 Casey went back to Winnipeg, returning to Campbell's Soup again in 1948. He retired from Campbell's 42 years later. He was often called back to give tours and it was at Campbell's Soup where he met his wife and life-long partner, Marilyn.

Casey was an avid gardener, spending as much time as he could out of doors digging through the earth and watching his yearly garden bloom and grow. He also loved bowling, golfing, and was always up to a game of cribbage or cards when asked.

Casey is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marilyn, and their three children, Bill, Cindy and Dan. He was the proud grandfather of Amanda, Nicole, Rachel, Jessica, Jordan, Michael and Christine and great grandfather to Connor and Scarlett.

A man of few words with the biggest heart, he was always the first person to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. Casey had 89 wonderful years, for which we are thankful. He is, and always will remain, in our hearts forever.
